چکیده

Human immunodeficiency virus (HIV) is still considered a pandemic, and the detection of p24-HIV protein has an important role in early diagnosis HIV adults newborns. The accessibility these trials depends on price execution difficulty method, which can be reduced using electrochemical methods by enzymeless approaches, disposable accurate devices. In this work, graphene quantum dots were acquired simple synthesis employed as signal amplifier support for aptamer immobilization through feasible stable modification screen-printed electrodes. device been easily assembled used to detect without interference similar proteins or sample matrix. Using best set experimental conditions, linear correlation between analytical log concentration from 0.93 ng mL −1 93 μg limit 51.7 pg observed. developed was applied p24 determination spiked human serum provided distinct levels positive negative samples, successfully identifying real samples with target protein. This sensor step towards development point-of-care devices popularization diagnostics relevant diseases. • Early based method. Simple GQDs aptamer. Screen-printed electrode platform aptasensor construction. First POC
